Apple VESA adapters

VESA defines a certain standard for attaching monitors to table, ceiling or wall mounts. On the back of VESA-compliant monitors, a hole pattern is provided for screw mounting. If the screen and the monitor mount have the same VESA pattern (e.g. 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm), the monitor can be easily attached to it.
